Anders works one to one, before treatment and after it. Sessions are arranged only after a substantial intake, and a meaningful share of his caseload is crisis work with people who came home from a high-throughput centre with no landing arranged. His frame is that the preparation and the twelve weeks afterwards are where the work actually happens, and that the ceremony is the short part. He will decline someone he does not think is ready, which is the reason he is on this page.
